About The Insight Café
Russell Herder has conducted hundreds of focus groups across the country in traditional conference rooms void of character or comfort. That’s why we decided to take a different approach when designing our own facility. We recognize that conversation with strangers is difficult enough. Why not make the experience as welcoming and relaxing as possible? Why not invite focus group participants to sit around café tables, lounge in comfy chairs or pull themselves close to the fireplace. At Russell Herder, we believe in removing as many barriers as possible, creating an environment that encourages openness and trust.
The Insight Café features a built-in, flat-screen TV above the fireplace, plus ample presentation rails and display boards. Full video and audio recording is provided. We also offer flexible room layouts.
Don’t worry – your group’s participants aren’t the only ones who will be comfortable. Our spacious viewing room includes a comfortable couch for you, too! We can easily seat at least 12 clients, with T1 and wireless Internet access. You can even monitor the arrival of participants from your seat with our innovative technology.
