Innovative Participant Check-In System
No more treading back and forth from the viewing room to the front desk to assess the number of participants that have arrived. With our system, you can monitor which participants have arrived as soon as they check-in with the front desk. On a computer in the viewing room, you'll see who has arrived along with their screening specifications.

Sleek AV Equipment
The Insight Café is equipped with a flat-panel television, VCR and DVD player. The flat panel television can also serve as a computer monitor with access to the Internet and standard Microsoft Office software such as PowerPoint.

We provide stationary recording from multiple angles in the room, along with audio recording. Your group can be recorded on either VHS or DVD.

The Little Details
All the conveniences of your office are available in the viewing room: PC, wireless or network Internet access, speakerphone and supplies. We also provide a few extras amenities - upscale snacks, beverages and comfort features to make your experience enjoyable.

Worldwide Video Streaming
As part of the Focus Vision Worldwide facility network, The Insight Café offers live video streaming to clients via the Internet.
